We recently purchased a little something with which to decorate our back yard - a combo gas/charcoal grill with smoker. Christopher has been wanting to try out the smoker so around noon today he loaded it up with applewood chips and this fine piece of poultry.
around seven hours later we had this . . . . and it was delicious!!!
During dinner the Nashville Predators beat the Anaheim Ducks which pretty much was the cherry on top of our already wonderful day. We did wish, however, that we had put duck on the menu instead of the turkey.
