Just a little background about our trip - my sister's brother-in-law got married at Disney this past week. The original reason for us going along on the Glaub Family destination wedding/Disney vacation was to help take care of my nephew Cannon during the wedding. Although this isn't exactly the way things turned out, we still had a great time at all the festivities. Among those, Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party! The entire group (about 35 people) dressed as pirates and wenches. We posed for a group picture in front of Pirates of the Caribbean ride as well. Unfortunately, I don't currently have a picture of that.
After 7 pm, anyone not wearing the wristband pictured below was kindly asked to leave the Magic Kingdom. The rest of us trick-or-treated around the Magic Kingdom, watched a special Villian parade and fireworks show and rode rides. It was a fun night.
Wench sisters! I made our wench costumes along with Christopher and Jacob's vests & belts and Cannon's cannonball costume.
Pirate Chris, Wench Megan & Cannonball . . . Cannon. You can't quite see the wick coming out of his hat.
