And we're on to week 2 of summer vacation!
Our friend George came to play for a couple hours in the morning so Big brother helped the little guys put together some puzzles.
We also made a yummy blueberry coffee cake with the berries we picked on Friday.
Then we took a trip to the grocery store during which my darlings decided it would be awesome to let all the other Kroger shoppers hear the amazing harmonization of their high-pitched screaming and enjoy their various other antics. By the end of our trip each darling had earned a rather lengthy rest time. After we got home, had lunch, put the groceries away and the boys were snuggled in their beds, mama was able to finish up a sewing project in a very quiet house.
And then the boys were up. We had to move the tent inside because it started raining.
Daddy came home. We had a yummy dinner. Then Daddy suggested dessert so we all piled in the car.
