4-months old

Jacob turned 4-months old while we were gone. We had to push back his dr. appointment to today due to our trip.

His stats:
Weight = 17 pounds, 13 ounces (95% - exactly the same as big brother at 4 months!)
Height = 26 inches long (85%)

Nothing has changed sleep-wise. He is still an all-night sleeper and was a champ on our trip as we improvised with his sleeping arrangements. He even gave Aunt Natalie's new pack 'n play a trial run and he thinks his new cousin is going to love it!

He prefers to sit up most of time but still enjoys rolling/scooting around on his play mat. We've started putting him in his Bumbo seat at dinner time so he can join the family at the table.

He is completely fascinated with his hands. (It's so much fun watching kiddos develop!) He stares and stares at his hands - opening and closing them - turning them around. He has also started reaching for things - faces (people and dogs), toys, etc. And he loves feeling textures!

He loves to "talk" and has a cute little laugh. His smile takes over his whole face. There is just nothing better than being greeted by this little guy's joy at seeing his momma, daddy and brother.
